stage of construction, and that means your home will be built

Our homes are built right! We don’t take shortcuts. For example,
none of our framing members are pre-cut and all framing is 16"
o.c. from the wall studs to the ceiling joists and roof rafters.
Each of our homes are built a piece at a time, tailored to fit
your building site.
The exteriors of our homes are of cedar, HardiplankTM
siding or native stone if you prefer. Native stone has long been
the basic building component of Hill Country homes since the early
Texas pioneers first settled our area. Not only does it blend
well with the Hill Country surroundings, but it also resists the
extreme Texas elements.
In the following pages, you will find plans carefully designed
to offer the homeowner the most home for the money. All of our
original designs freely use large porches, cross ventilation,
and many other features that make them more inviting by bringing
the outdoors inside. From the first to the last, each has been
created to become part of the beauty that exists only in the Texas
Hill Country. Since we do custom build from the “ground up”,
we can alter any of our plans to suit your particular needs, or
design one especially for you.
We offer 100% financing at the lowest fixed interest rates. In
addition, we can build on your site anywhere within the 25 county
