The Elm Creek 3/2

This efficient "Texas sized" single story design has all of the design components a Hill Country homeowner could wish for...a private master suite, formal dining room, large kitchen/breakfast area and a private study for the "bread-winner" in the house. The covered stoop just off of the laundry room would make a great place to shuck a pair of dirty boots after a long day in the pasture.

The Fredericksburg I  3/2

The main feature of this popular design is its efficiency. Gorgeous room sizes and minimum hall space make it a big favorite. It is also only 34 feet deep and is ideal for homesites with steep front to back slopes.

The Fredericksburg II  3 or 4/2

A variation of our ever-popular Fredericksburg I floorplan is the Fredericksburg II. The large private master suite with its own full-length covered porch is great for Mom and Dad, while two large bedrooms up front relate well to the study/bedroom just off of the living room.

If you are looking for traditional style all on one level, this might be the plan for you.
